Titles available in our school library are now accessible from the school website. Students, teachers and parents may search our holdings and view detailed information on books including reading and interest grade levels, short synopsises of the material, author, reviews and awards.

This is the result of the effort to convert our locally hosted library software (Folett's Alliance and Circulation Plus software) to an updated and more accessible offering by the same company, Destiny Quest.

More details will be forthcoming to our families on exciting new reading programs.

Please begin saving your receipts from your shopping trips to Shop 'n Save supermarket. Turn them in to Mrs. P., care of Natalia in Grade 4. Our school is collecting them so we may bring a quality assembly to our school for free, from either the Carnegie Science Center, Carnegie Museum of Natural History or the Pittsburgh Zoo. Receipts may also be put in the drop-off box located in the church vestibule.

Flea Market to Benefit NAM School

The Flea Market committee is scheduled to meet on July 27th at 7 P.M. in DeLuca hall. All are welcome.

Donations for the sale may be dropped off August 15-18 between 4 - 9 P.M. Volunteers will be available to help unload cars.

The sale will be held August 20th. Early birds will be admitted at 7 A.M. for $3. The doors open for regular shoppers at 8 A.M. and will close at 3 P.M.

At the request of a school parent, Mrs. Pascoe asked the parents attending the May PTG meeting if she could include these links on the website. It was decided any person who did NOT want their email attached to their name should contact Mrs. Pascoe and she will omit it from the site.

The calendar has been updated to show new events including: Two Protecting God's Children classes for our volunteers, school assemblies for Mardi Gras and the CLO Young Washington Program, Lenten Stations of the Cross, Mass and Reconciliation schedule, and a Symphony field trip for grades 5-6.

Our website now uses Goggle Calendar to record our events. The advantage to you is that you can include our school events on your own calendar and send yourself email or text message reminders for due dates and events.

Right now, we are using only two calendars. The first is a master schedule for the school and the other is a lunch calendar. Gradually, we will maintain separate calendars for each grade level, basketball team, and committee so you may elect to include all the events from those calendars in your own personal calendar, if you wish.
